Effective immediately, shipping permit shall no longer be required in the transport of rice and/or corn and/or their by-products in pursuance to the attached Letter Circular No. AO-00-11-001 of the National Food Authority, and the 04 December 2000 letter from Mr. Domingo F. Panganiban, Acting NFA Administrator.
