In view of the rescission of contracts entered into by Titan Construction Corp. for the construction of the following contract packages under the Fifth IBRD Highway Project, Bridge Reconstruction Program:

1. Pkg R5Y2C4-A, Masbate-Placer Road, Masbate

2. Pkg R5Y2C4-B, Masbate-Placer Road, Masbate

3. Pkg R7Y2C5-A, Tagbilaran East Road, Bohol

4. Pkg R6Y3C1, Jordan- Balconaway Road, Guimaras

5. Pkg R7Y3C10-A, Tagbilaran-Trinidad Road, Bohol

6. PKg R7Y3C10-C, Tagbilaran-Trinidad Road, Bohol

7. Pkg R7Y3C10-D, Tagbilaran-Trinidad Road, Bohol

for reason of highly intolerable slippages, the said construction firm and its key officials are hereby suspended/blacklisted effective immediately from participating in any bidding or entering into contract with the Department or any of its line agencies.

In addition, all concerned are ordered not to release any sum of money to Titan Construction Corp. and its proprietor pending settlement of its financial obligation in connection with its rescinded contracts.
