To account for increases in port charges, the arrastre charge for pierside cargo to be observed in the Automated Customs Operations System (ACOS) for Customs assessment purposes shall be P92.00 per metric ton, or declared charge if higher.

This order shall take effect on Thursday, September 25, 1997.
