WHEREAS, the Philippine Department of Agriculture Mission in the Peoples Republic of China (PROC) after a thorough investigation and evaluation of the disease situation, quarantine procedures meat inspection system, manufacturing practices and procedures in the country found favorable conditions that merit allowing the importation of the herein described products.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDGARDO J. ANGARA, Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, do hereby issue this accreditation of meat processing and poultry dressing plants, and guidelines governing the importation of meat processed and poultry products from the Peoples Republic of China (PROC), to wit:

That, Meat Processing Plants, described below, are accredited to export cooked/sterilized, processed meat, and traditional Chinese meat products:

1.    HENAN LUOHE SHUANGHUI INDUSTRY GROUP CO., LTD.
       Louhe City, Henan Province
2.    DACHANG HUA AN MEAT CO., LTD.
       Heibei Province
3.    ZHANHUA HUAN AN MEAT CO., LTD.
       Shandong Province

That, Poultry Processing Plants, described below, are accredited to export fresh frozen chicken and further processed chicken meat:

1.    BEIJING HUADO BROILER PRODUCTION CO.
       Chang Ping, Beijing
2.    SHANDONG FENGXIANG GROUP GENERAL CO.
       Yanggu, Shandong Province

That, all import transactions of the above mentioned products shall be in accordance with the existing rules and regulations of the Department of Agriculture, National Meat Inspection Commission and Bureau of Animal Industry (DA-NMIC-BAI).

That, all imported products shall follow the existing standards/regulations of DA-NMIC-BAI on labeling.

All orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.

This ORDER shall take effect immediately.
