In view of the representations made by parties concerned that they have already realized the consequences of their action and are supplicating for condonation with commitment of reform, and finding the same meritorious, Department Order No. 175 dated December 15, 1989 is hereby amended by reducing the period of suspension from one (1) year to six (6) months.  Consequently the suspension/blacklisting of A.C. Geronimo/M. Montesclaros Enterprises (JV) and Urban Consolidated Contractors (Phil.) Inc. is hereby lifted or set aside effective June 8, 1990.
