RESOLVED, to APPROVE the proposed Policy on Rentals Receivable on Cancelled DCS Accounts as set forth in the memorandum dated August 30, 2006 of the Senior Vice President (Housing and Real Property Development Group), a copy of which is hereto attached^[*] and made an integral part of this Resolution. The PPG supersedes the policy on Collection of Arrearages on Cancelled Accounts approved under Board Resolution No. 48 dated March 10, 2004.
