In order to safeguard the entry of Filipino workers in Lebanon, all certificates of visa availability issued by airline companies shall be authenticated by the Consulate General of Lebanon in Manila.  The authenticated certificate shall be a requirement at the Employment Contracts Processing Branch for the issuance of the Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).
