Pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 97-3334 dated July 7, 1997, the Civil Service Commission delegates and/or affirms the authority to Heads of department, agencies of the national and local government, to issue, adopt and implement rules and regulations governing their respective proper office attire or uniform, subject to the guidelines prescribed in the CSC Memorandum Circular No. 14, 1991.

This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
