SV Construction and Development Co. Inc. and its officers/stockholders are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies as penalty for submitting fake or spurious certificates of completion and acceptance regarding the following projects in connection with its ARC-C Confidential Statement submitted to the Inter-Agency Committee for the registration and classification of contractors to wit:

The truth however as certified by the District Engineer of Zambales, the cost of the Paite Mini Dam is only P43,000.00; Talway-Porac Mini Dam cost only P25,700.00 Bangantalingan-Tagaleg Mini Dam cost only P28,800.00 and Matinya Mini Dam cost only P28,000.00.
