For purposes of prequalification of contractors for infrastructure projects, the minimum equipment for a particular contract may be fully owned, or owned and leased, or fully leased by the contractor, provided that, in the case of leased equipment, the lease shall cover the duration of the contract and a certified copy of the lease agreement shall be submitted, as part of the prequalification application, to the concerned Prequalification, Bids and Awards Committee.

This Order takes effect immediately.
