In view of the failure of Bernabe Construction and Industrial Corporation to deliver the items of spare parts for dredging equipment under Purchase Order Nos. DOFED-0428-89 and DOFED-0504-89 despite the granting of sufficient time for said firm to comply with their obligation under the terms and conditions stipulated therein, the said Corporation, as well as its officers and stockholders are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department or any of its line agencies within one (1) year from date hereof.
