CELLULAR PHONE
Info received by this office disclose that there are some members of the custodial force and BUCOR employees who are bringing in cellular phones in the different security compounds (Maximum, Medium & Minimum) in this Bureau. Such practice should be stopped in order to prevent the possible use or renting of these portable phones to the inmates in the pursuance of their nefarious activities.
Religious volunteers and all visitors are also included in the prohibition and they shall be required to deposit their cellular phones, if any, to the Guard on duty or they may leave the phone in their vehicles for security purposes.
