[ BOC MEMORANDUM, September 24, 1992 ]
STORES SELLING LIQUOR AND AS GAMBLING DENS
It has been reported to this Office that some of the store operating inside the NBP Reservation are selling liquor and other intoxicating drinks and at the same time are being used as gambling places.
These are sources of troubles not only among civilian residents but also living-in/out prisoners.
For this reason, you are therefore requested to refrain from selling liquor and using your store and its premises as gambling place. Should anyone of you still persist and will be caught violating these, this Office, much to its regret, will be forced to order the closure of your store and your eventual ejectment from the prison reservation.
Your cooperation in this regard is requested.
