In order to enable GTEB to facilitate the processing of applications for accreditation of transferring CBMW members, paragraph 13 of the Terms and Conditions for Accreditation of Members of a CBMW is hereby amended as follows:

"In cases where an accredited member of a CBMW desires to transfer to another CBMW, the request for transfer filed by the new CBMW Operator for the member shall include a letter of non-objection from the former CBMW Operator.  Said letter of non-objection shall be issued by the former CBMW Operator within a period of ten (10) days from receipt by the former CBMW Operator of the notice of transfer.  Failure on the part of the CBMW Operator to issue the non-objection letter within ten (10) days shall be construed as an indication of no objection to the transfer of the CBMW member.

In addition, if the new CBMW Operator is willing to undertake the responsibility of any unsettled entries of a transferee from another CBMW Operator, the previous CBMW Operator should allow such transfer."
