This is to clarify item numbers 1 and 2 of Memorandum Circular No. RIB-227-795 which states that:

1. government officials and employees to include immediate members of the family
   
2. private sector executives, officials and employees to include immediate members of the family

In this connection, items 1 and 2 are corrected as:

1. Renewal/duplicate of driver ™s license of government officials and employees to include immediate members of the family.
   
   
2. Renewal/duplicate of driver ™s licenses of private sector executives, officials and immediate members of the family.
