B. Unmanufactured and Wholly and/or Partially Processed Leaf Tobacco (in conventional cargo, packed in bobbins, boxes, bags, sacks, crates, etc.)

Repealing Clause - This Circular supersedes all other orders and/or circulars issued inconsistent herewith.

Effectivity - This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the publication in one (1) newspaper of general circulation and filling with the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR), UP Law Center.
