PAYMENTS OF CLAIMS/PENSIONS/EXPENSES
RESOLVED, That considering the minimal impact on the amount applied to GSIS advances, to APPROVE the recommendation that EC claims of members paying P30.00 per month be paid proportionately at the rate of 30% of their processed claims.
RESOLVED, FURTHERMORE, to APPROVE the recommendation that the amount of P13,049,122.21 which represents 30% of all pending claims of the Central Office (CO) and the Field Operations Group (FOG) coverage as of April 2004 be paid immediately, chargeable against the June 2004 collections.
RESOLVED, FINALLY, to APPROVE the recommendation that prioritization of payments as provided for under Office Order No. 28-03 be amended, as follows:

RESOLVED, FINALLY, to APPROVE the recommendation that prioritization of payments as provided for under Office Order No. 28-03 be amended, as follows:
a. Administrative expenses equivalent to 10% of actual EC collections;
b. Life-threatening diseases (renal) under Office Order No. 47-03 dated June 16, 2003;
c. Monthly pensions of EC disability pensioners;
d. Monthly pension of survivorship pensioners who have been receiving pensions for five (5) years or less;
e. Claims and benefits of members in agencies which have no outstanding premium balances (including medical reimbursements):
e.1) Claims of government workers from agencies paying P100.00;
e.2) Claims of government workers from agencies paying P30.00, which shall be paid in proportion to their payment;
f. Monthly pensions of survivorship pensioners who have been receiving pensions for more than five (5) years;
g. Advances of the GSIS to ECIF;
h. OSHC and ECC operating expenses.
