Pursuant to the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered:

SECTION 1.       All "C" sugar produced from October 30 to December 31, 1989 is hereby released as "B" sugar.  The corresponding "C" quedans may be presented to the mill companies concerned and stamped "withdrawn as 'B' sugar per SRA Sugar Order No. 11, series of 1989-1990".

SECTION 2.       This Order takes effect May 9, 1990.

SECTION 3.       Provisions of Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Order are hereby amended, modified or revoked accordingly.
