WHEREAS, there is a need to increase sugar stocks in the domestic market to meet the consumption requirements;

WHEREAS, the "C" sugar produced from week endings January 7, 1990 to February 25, 1990 is deemed sufficient;

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:

SECTION 1.       "C" sugar produced from week endings January 7, 1990 to February 25, 1990 are hereby released as "B" domestic sugar. The corresponding "C" quedans shall be submitted to the mill company concerned and for the mill companies to mark the quedans, as follows:

"Withdrawn as "B" sugar per Sugar Order No. 14, Series 1989-1990."

SECTION 2.       Sugar covered by this Order not withdrawn within forty-five (45) days from July 3, 1990 will be charged storage fees.

SECTION 3.       This Order takes effect on July 3, 1990.

SECTION 4.       Any provision of sugar orders, circular letters, rules and regulations inconsistent with or contrary to this Order are hereby revoked, amended or modified accordingly.
