Pursuant to Section 9.2.1.4 and 9.2.2.4 of MTC Resolution No. 04, s-2005 requiring attendance of instructors for Management Level Courses to a prescribed training, the following guidelines is hereby issued for information and guidance.

1. The Maritime Training Council will be conducting the first batch of training for instructors to the Management Level Courses on April 5-7, 2006 at the POEA Auditorium, POEA-Blas F. Ople Building, Ortigas Avenue cor. EDSA, Mandaluyong City.
   
   
2. Applicant training providers who have submitted their Letter of Intent in accordance with Section 8.1 of MTC Resolution No. 04, s-2006 may submit the names of their qualified instructor nominees to attend the training course.
   
   
3. Prospective Training providers may nominate a maximum of two candidates for each course in the marine deck and engineering. The number of participants will be limited to a maximum of 24 thus acceptance will be based on first-come-first serve.
