In view of the rescission of the contract of AD CONSTRUCTION for the construction of Catubig-Las Navas Feeder Road, SIRDP, Northern Samar, for reason of highly intolerable negative slippage, the said company and its owner are hereby suspended for a period of one (1) year effective immediately from participating in any bidding or entering into contract with this Department or any of its line agencies.

All those concerned are likewise directed not to release any money to the aforenamed company until its financial obligations of liabilities to the government as a consequence of the rescission order has been fully settled.
