Effective immediately the following shall be subject to final clearance/review by the Commissioner, to wit:

1.         Releases of Conditionally Free Importations pursuant to Sec. 105 of the TCCP.

2.         Issuance of Mission Orders pursuant to CMO 52-93 and CMO No. 104-92.

2.1     For Mission Orders by the collectors of the Outports, the District Collector concerned shall submit photocopies of the same thru fax 24 hours from issuance thereof.

3.         Tax Credit

3.1     Approval of Tax Credit Certificate before release thereof to the claimant/consignee

3.2     Releases of all shipments utilizing Tax Credit Certificate

For strict compliance.
