Memorandum Circular No. 98-005 is hereby amended to include the following provision as the penultimate paragraph thereof:

œAll provisions under Administrative Order No. 86-AO-005 dated 16 September 1986, issued by the Land Transportation Commission, not covered by this Memorandum Circular, are hereby adopted to form an integral part hereof. 

This amendatory Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
