Pursuant to PPA BoardCom Resolution No. 2007-1058 dated February 1, 2007 and the Office of the President ™s approval as contained in Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita ™s letter of February 7, 2007, a reduced port charges (port dues and dockage-at- berth) shall be imposed to non-profit and non-commercial vessels such as MV Doulos.

Henceforth, the following scheme of port charges shall be imposed to said vessels:

Port Dues	- Php500.00 per call	- Php500.00/day
Dockage-at-Berth	- first five (5) days
	- 6th to 10 th day	- 50% of applicable rate
	- 11th day and thereafter	- 100% of applicable rate

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
