Per advise from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Lebanon is no longer classified as a war zone area in view of the return of peace thereat leading to positive political and economic developments.

Given the foregoing, the mandatory war risk insurance requirement for Filipino workers bound to Lebanon is hereby lifted, effective immediately.
