Pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 474, the Public Service Act (C.A. No. 146), as amended, Executive Order No. 125/125A, Executive Order No. 292 (Administrative Code of 1987), Batas Pambansa Blg. 325, the General Provisions of the General Appropriations Act and more specifically, Executive Order No. 159, s. 1994, directing all departments, bureaus, offices, units and agencies, including government-owned or controlled corporations to revise their fees and charges to recover at least the full cost of services rendered, please be informed that the MARINA Board in its 148th regular meeting on June 3, 1999, had approved the New Fees and Charges listed in "Annex A"^* hereof.

This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication once in a newspaper of general circulation.
