Please be informed that Board Resolution No. 02-02-24 dated March 18, 2002 was passed by the Board of Directors during its regular meeting, to wit: 

"RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the Board hereby revokes the issuance of temporary licenses to video outlets/establishments. The applicant shall comply with all the requirements of the Board prior to the issuance of a regular license. 

This Board resolution hereby revokes Memorandum Circular No. 96-002 (Board Resolution No. 96-03-87) regarding the issuance of temporary licenses."
