On September 22, 2008, this Board issued Memorandum Circular 2008-018, Re: VOLUNTARY AMNESTY PROGRAM FOR TOURIST BUS SERVICES. In order to give an opportunity to those who/which failed to avail the aforesaid program, this Board hereby amends paragraph C thereof, which shall now read as follows:

C) Applicants are given until June 30, 2009 within which to avail of this Memorandum Circular, otherwise, this Board shall no longer accept and entertain any application of the same nature. 

All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded and amended accordingly.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
