In the best interest of the service and in order to harmonize procedures and requirements in the issuance of driver licenses, no AFP and PNP personnel shall be exempted from drug test and medical test.

Hence, every AFP and PNP personnel who applies for a driver ™s license shall be required to present valid results of drug test and medical test.
