Pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement dated January 29, 2008, for the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Integrated Law Enforcement System (MMDA- ILES), the newly prescribed work flow for the Driver ™s License System (DLS) and the MMDA-ILES LTO Evaluator ™s Manual^[*] enclosed herewith shall be strictly adhered to effective February 1, 2009.

All orders and/or memoranda that are inconsistent herewith are deemed amended, revised or revoked.
