Pursuant to the application of Oriental Port and Allied Services Corporation (OPASCOR) for an increase in tariff on Cranage for the use of its Gantry Cranes, the Cebu Port Commission on its 26th Regular Board Meeting held on 06 May 2003 passed and approved Board Resolution No. 052-2003 re Cranage Tariff of Php 700.00 per box per move.

Further that the use of the Gantry Cranes will be on voluntary basis only and that the new prescribed rate shall be VAT inclusive.

Furthermore, let this new rate form part of the Cebu Port Authority - approved Tariff Rate of Oriental Port and Allied Services Corporation.

Lastly, this new rate shall be effective after three (3) publications in a newspaper of general circulation.
