Further to Memo. Circular Nos. 37 and 38, Series of 1996, and consistent with the policy to safeguard the welfare and interest of migrant workers, all land based agencies deploying workers to the countries specifically enumerated therein, to wit:


are hereby directed to submit to the Licensing Branch, LRO, this Administration a listing of their deployed workers and their exact location.

For strict compliance.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
