Pursuant to the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration and for the purpose of standardizing procedures by all sugar mill companies, it is hereby ordered that:

SECTION 1. Molasses Storage Certificate forms shall be provided for molasses manufactured by all sugar mills.

SECTION 2. The Molasses Storage Certificate shall be certified correct and signed by the authorized representative of the mill company and verified correct and signed by the authorized representative of the planters association. The format of said Certificate is hereto attached for the adoption by each mill company.

SECTION 3. This Sugar Order shall take effect immediately. Provisions of Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, Rules & Regulations inconsistent with or contrary to this Sugar Order are hereby amended, modified, or revoked accordingly.

1. Withdrawal of Molasses shall be allowed only upon presentation of the covering certificate properly indorsed. No registration of any transfer of ownership of the molasses prior to withdrawal is necessary.
   
   
2. The Mill Company shall, upon withdrawal of the molasses, collect from the holder of the covering certificate the necessary documentary and storage charges.
   
   
3. Storage period and the terms and conditions thereof shall be subject to existing agreements between the mill and the planters/planters association.
   
   
4. The Mill Company shall also have the option not to honor this Certificate if it bears any erasure, alteration or evidence of fraud.
