Pursuant to Memorandum order no. 391 dated September 2, 1991, paragraph 3 of Joint Order 1-91 implementing the Global Comprehensive Imports Supervision Scheme is hereby amended to include the following sub-paragraph:

"k. importations by member-firms of the automotive wiring harness industry."
