The temporary suspension in the deployment of Filipino workers to Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Israel as contained in Department Order No. 42-03 date March 20, 2003 is hereby amended as not to include workers with valid Overseas Employment Clearance (OEC) or workers whose employment documents have already been processed by the POEA prior to March 20, 2003. As such, these workers maybe allowed to depart provided they have confirmed flight up to their final point of destination.

The POEA is directed to convey this information to all concerned.
