Memorandum Order No. 12, dated 14 March 2011 , creating the OP - PRAISE Committee, pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2001, is hereby reconstituted so as to include one (1) representative from the OP Career Executive Service Officers ™ Association Inc., as member.

All other provisions of Memorandum Order No. 12, s. 2011 shall remain valid and in effect.
