Pursuant to Section E paragraph 2.3 of the implementing guidelines on the new PPA Port Tariff and in order to have a uniform basis of assessing wharfages and storage charges on LCL containerized cargoes, the following clarification is hereby issued.

All LCL containerized cargoes not stripped or stuffed inside the port shall be treated in the same manner as FLC'S in terms of port charges and shall therefore be subject to wharfage and storage charges on a per box basis under the new PPA Port Tariff.
