The Deputy Commissioner for Intelligence and Enforcement is hereby designated to evaluate, approve or otherwise act on all recommendation of the Risk Management Group in the upgrading, development, deactivation and enhancement of the risk parameters defined in the Selectivity Program and to direct the UNCTAD/UNISYS office(s) concerned to program these parameters into the Selectivity System.

The Order shall take effect immediately.
