[ PPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 16-94, July 06, 1994 ]
CARGO HANDLING RATES ADJUSTMENTS AT THE SOUTH HARBOR
The Board of Directors of the Philippine Ports Authority, in its meeting held on July 5, 1994, approved cargo handling rate increases for the South Harbor, Manila, as follows:
1. Vessel Charges (Stevedoring)
Attached hereto are the new cargo handling rates* to be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation and shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the second publication.

1. Vessel Charges (Stevedoring)
The above percentage increases shall be applied to all rates/charges for containers. The existing relationship/ratios in rates for full, empty and different sizes of containers in the present tariff will be maintained. A. Containerized % increase 1. Non-Self Sustaining Vessel 20 footer 9.97%2. Self-Sustaining Vessel 20 footer 9.13%
