Based on information provided by the Bureau of Import Services and confirmed by the Department of Finance specifically decisions on Anti-Dumping Cases 3-97 dated May 14, 1997, Anti-Dumping Case No. 4-97 dated July 1997 and Anti-Dumping Case No. 95-08 dated February 28, 1998, CMO 39-98 is hereby amended to exclude from articles subject to Dumping Bond the following articles:

1. Clear Float Glass from Thailand
2. Calcium Carbonate from China
3. Aluminum Foil from South Korea
4. Sodium Tripolyphosphate from China
5. Electrolytic Tinplate from South Korea
