RATES OF FEES AUTHORIZED BY LAW TO BE COLLECTED BY THE PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION



Pursuant to Executive Order No.197 dated January 13, 2000 and Section 1 of Republic Act No.465, as amended by R.A. No. 6511, in relation to Section 7 (g) of R.A. No.8981, the rates of fees to be collected by the Commission, as approved by the Office of the President, are as follows:

(Nota bene: Removal Examination is taken by an examinee who obtained a passing general average grade or more but obtained a disqualifying grade/s of less than 65%, 60% or 50% as the case maybe, in any of the subjects. However, in Accountancy, removal examination shall be taken by an examinee who obtained grades of 75% or more in at least four (4) subjects but obtained failing grades in the other subjects.)

PRC Resolution No.98-560; PRC Resolution No.165, Series of 2003, PRC Resolution No.257, Series of 2005 and such other related issuances on the imposition of fees which are inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed.

This Resolution shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines, whichever is earlier.
