WHEREAS PCSSD pursuant to LOI 745 dated September 29, 1978 is mandated to formulate rules and regulations, safety standards and operating procedures to implement the development of sports scuba diving;

WHEREAS, Chapter II Section 4 of the RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE ACCREDITATION OF SPORT SCUBA DIVING ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE PHILIPPINES prescribes the Accreditation Fees for Professional Dive Centers/Shops/Facilities;

WHEREAS, the PCSSD is mandated to accredit such establishments through inspections;

WHEREAS, to cover administrative expenses incurred in the conduct of inspection of dive establishments for purposes of accreditation, the PCSSD deems it necessary to increase its accreditation fees;

NOW, THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing and pursuant to its authority to promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement its objectives, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved that the revised rates for Accreditation Fees for Dive Centers/Shops/Facilities is as follows:
