Pursuant to Executive Order No. 398; dated 31 January 1997, authorizing the National Food Authority (NFA) to procure the "B" or Domestic sugar from the producers, the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) hereby exempts the NFA from the license requirements of the SRA as a sugar trader, per SRA Sugar Board Resolution No. 97-050, dated 09 May 1997.
