WHEREAS, on August 22, 2002, the Energy Regulatory Commission approved the Schedule of ERC Fees and Charges;

WHEREAS, recognizing the need to update the same, the Commission created a Technical Working Group (TWG), under Office Order No. 35, series of 2005, to conduct the appropriate study and propose revisions to the said Schedule of ERC Fees and Charges, if warranted;

WHEREAS, after conducting its study, the TWG formulated and proposed certain revisions to the Schedule of ERC Fees and Charges;

WHEREAS, on November 24, 2006, the ERC conducted a public consultation on the proposed revisions;

WHEREAS, on June 12, 2007, the ERC conducted another public consultation on the second draft of the Revised Schedule of ERC Fees and Charges;

NOW, THEREFORE, the ERC hereby RESOLVES to APPROVE  the attached Revised Schedule of ERC Fees and Charges^* .

Let copies of this Resolution, including its attachment be posted on the ERC website and published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines. Fifteen (15) days after said publication, the Revised Schedule of ERC Fees and Charges shall become effective. Likewise, let a copy of this Resolution and its attachment be furnished the Office of the National Administrative Registrar (ONAR) and the National Economic Development Authority.
