Appended herewith is the letter dated 06 September 1996 of the Assistant Secretary, Department of Foreign Affairs, advising this Bureau that Ms. Emily L. Benedicto Chioson has completed her tour of duty as Honorary Consul of Panama effective 28 August 1996, and as a result of which, here Identification Card No. 856 is deemed cancelled and the privileges she enjoyed is hereby terminated.
