In view of increasing global trade under the GATT-WTO Agreements and in accordance with Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures as required, and in order to effectively monitor/track down the importation of agricultural products, D.A. A.O. No. 10 Series of 1996 is hereby amended such that paragraph III is added to read as follows:

III.      All imported agricultural products are subject to quarantine documentation and/or inspection/examination and clearance prior to the Bureau of Customs processing and release.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
