In view of the various requests from different schools in Metro Manila, Regions 3 and 4 of the immediate lifting of the suspension of application for school transport services as embodied in Memorandum Circular No. 2003-004 dated February 14, 2003, for the reason that the opening of classes for the school year 2003-2004 is fast approaching, the temporary suspension of acceptance of new applications for School Transport Service in Regions 3, 4 and NCR is hereby LIFTED.

All applications subject for filing must have an Indorsement and/or Certification from the school, stating therein the following: complete name of the school, its complete address, telephone number and contact person for verification purposes; need for the service and name of applicant/operator together with number of units being indorsed.

Applicants are, likewise, required to submit picture(s) of the unit(s) being applied for.

This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
