In view of the urgency of rural water supply projects to be completed on or before June 30, 1991 pursuant to RA No. 6716, Department Order No. 117 is hereby amended to exclude from the proportion of 75% by contract and 25% by administration rural water supply projects.

The proportion of 40% by contract and 60% by administration is hereby authorized for rural water supply projects.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
