In view of the change of the order of rescission to termination of the contract of R.S. Ligon Enterprises for the construction of Del Rosario- Taisan Section, KM.336.512.625 to KM.340.50910, Quirino Highway, Camarines Sur, the suspension/blacklisting and other sanction imposed on the firm and its proprietor are hereby lifted effective immediately.
