RESOLUTION NO. R-622, APPROVING THE 1998 REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES



1. The 1998 Revised Schedule of Fees, approved by the Board of Commissioners on 08 June 1998 under Resolution No. R-622, was published in Ang Malaya on 23 June 1998. The same therefore takes effect 15 days thereafter, i.e., on 08 July 1998 and shall apply to all applications, requests and other transactions filed and received with the Board units and regional offices beginning said date.

2. Attached is a copy of the complete revised schedule of fees of your reference and/or posting.

3. As regards the computation of legal research fee, please be guided by Memorandum Circular No. 07* , dated 18 March 1996, a copy likewise hereto attached.

I.  ZONING/LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE

A. Residential structure single or detached, the project cost of which is:

D. Government agencies and its instrumentalities are exempted from paying legal fees.

E. Local governments and government-owned or controlled corporations with or without independent charters are not exempted from paying legal fees.

XI.       UPLC LEGAL RESEARCH FEE

Computation of Legal Research Fee for the University of the Philippines Law Center (UPLR Fee) remains at ONE percent (1%) of every fee charged but shall in no case BE LOWER THAN P 10.00.
