The same therefore takes effect 15 days thereafter, i.e., on 08 July 1998 and shall apply to all applications, requests and other transactions filed and received with the Board units and regional offices beginning said date.

3. As regards the computation of legal research fee, please be guided by Memorandum Circular No. 07^* , dated 18 March 1996, a copy likewise hereto attached.
